Sheesh Mahal – Return and Refund Policy

At Sheesh Mahal, we take pride in offering high-quality utensils that bring elegance and functionality to your kitchen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Only items purchased directly from Sheesh Mahal (via our website or authorized outlets) are eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or washed utensils.

  • Items without original packaging or with missing parts.

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “final sale.”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer care team at support@sheeshmahal.com or call us at (+91) 94562 35930 with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you on how to ship the product back to us.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, Your Refund Will Be Credited within 5 to 7 Days

  • replacement and exchange will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are applicable only if a manufacturing defect is reported with an unboxing video and all original invoices provided.

  • Returns and refunds are accepted for items with verified manufacturing defects reported within the specified return period.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund based on the issue.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
